Dr. Jerry Price and Ann Price, Lead Pastors
Dr. Jerry and Ann Price have served as pastors for 40 years in Maryland. They have served ICC as lead pastors for over 39 years. They have lead our church through remodeling, expansion and because of growth have twice relocated ICC (previously known as Maranatha). Ann serves part-time as her husband’s personal secretary and assists in many other areas of ministry utilizing her pastoral gift. Bishop Price’s passion is helping people discover their purpose in God and fulfill that purpose which he says “results in true happiness.” The Word of God is shared in a balanced and positive way. Building strong families and reaching people who desire life change and hope is a priority. Our Bishop has proven his love for all people in our community. Bishop Price and Ann have two daughters and five grandchildren whom they are very proud of.
Pastors Tony and Virna Rivera, ICC Hispanic Ministries
Pastor Tony Rivera and his wife are both natives from El Salvador and came to the United States in 1986. He and his wife have been married for 12 years and have a 10 year old son. Pastor Rivera has been involved in ministry since 1993, he often has said that ever since Jesus saved him and called him, being involved in ministry is something that is second nature to him, part of his DNA, and loving and serving God is the reason of his existence. He has also served God as an Evangelist, preaching the Gospel in different countries. He has been the Hispanic Pastor at ICC for over 4 years.
Jessie Tressler, Assimilation Director
Jessie grew up at ICC under the teaching of Pastor Price. She graduated from Lee University with a B.A.. in Journalism and minors in Bible and Anthropology, where she also met her husband, Kevin. She worked with Pathway Press, the Church of God Publishing House, for four years as a copyeditor and technical designer, and still freelance copyedits. After moving back home in 2009, she came on staff at ICC as Assimilation Director. She counts it a wonderful privilege to serve alongside Pastor Price and Sister Ann, the staff, and the ministry volunteers of ICC, as well as to serve the people of ICC and Frederick City. Her passion is to show Christ’s love to everyone who walks through ICC’s doors—the broken, the hopeless, the seasoned, and the new convert alike—and to help them find their place and purpose in God. Jessie and Kevin are the proud parents of two amazing daughters, Eve and Lucie, who teach them every day about the Father’s unconditional, unending love for us, His children.
Hanady Haddad, Administrator of Finance
Hanady Haddad was born and raised in Jordan; She graduated from the University of Jordan with a BA in Accounting in 2007. Hanady moved to the United States in 2008. She is married and has three beautiful daughters. She works as the financial administrator at ICC (which include accounts payable, bookkeeping and financial reports). The favorite part of her job is working alongside amazing volunteers and staff for the glory of God; her favorite verse of scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”
Beth Sirbaugh, Director of Children's Ministries
Beth has been married to her husband, Mike, for over 35 years. They have 3 daughters and 1 son. They also have 7 grandchildren that they count a pure joy. Beth has been working with children for many years through church and also as a profession. She has completed the Church of God Timothy Program for Lay Leaders and the Bible Institute School of Counseling. She has been involved in ministry within the Church of God for 31 years, and has been an active member of ICC for over 20 years. She has completed her course work in Early Childhood and Elementary Education along with several certifications in behavior management and autism awareness. She has held many administrative and teaching positions within the Church of God, including Children's Director at her previous church. She has worked for the Washington County Board of Education for the past 15 years in Special Education, but her real passion is teaching children about the love of God and helping them to establish a growing relationship with Jesus. She loves working for the Lord and helping children to realize how important their relationship with Jesus is. Besides her family, being able to work with the wonderful people of ICC is a true blessing that God has allowed in her life.
