Dr. Jerry Price and Ann Price, Pastor Emeritus
Dr. Jerry and Ann Price have served as pastors for 40 years in Maryland. They have served ICC as lead pastors for over 39 years. They have lead our church through remodeling, expansion and because of growth have twice relocated ICC (previously known as Maranatha). Our Bishop has proven his love for all people in our community. Bishop Price and Ann have two daughters and five grandchildren whom they are very proud of.
Pastor Todd and Missy Rigney, Lead Pastors
Pastor Todd Rigney and his wife, Missy have been married for 25 years and have three sons, Nathan, Jared and Luke. They have served in various pastoral roles as well as other ministry staff positions for 22 years. Missy serves full-time in the church office assisting her husband's role, as well as other areas of ministry. Pastor Todd has a passion for preaching the Word of God. They both have a strong desire to see people come to Christ, as well as helping them find their God given purpose.
Pastors Tony and Virna Rivera, ICC Hispanic Ministries
Pastor Tony Rivera and his wife are both natives from El Salvador and came to the United States in 1986. He and his wife have been married for 12 years and have a 10 year old son. Pastor Rivera has been involved in ministry since 1993, he often has said that ever since Jesus saved him and called him, being involved in ministry is something that is second nature to him, part of his DNA, and loving and serving God is the reason of his existence. He has also served God as an Evangelist, preaching the Gospel in different countries. He has been the Hispanic Pastor at ICC for over 4 years.
Hanady Haddad, Administrator of Finance & Business
Hanady Haddad was born and raised in Jordan; She graduated from the University of Jordan with a BA in Accounting in 2007. Hanady moved to the United States in 2008. She is married and has three beautiful daughters. She works as the financial administrator at ICC (which include accounts payable, bookkeeping and financial reports). The favorite part of her job is working alongside amazing volunteers and staff for the glory of God; her favorite verse of scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.”
Kevin Tressler, Connections Leader / Youth Pastor
Kevin Tressler currently serves as the Connections Leader and Youth Pastor at ICC. He graduated from Lee University in 2006 with a major in English Education and a minor in Bible, where he also met his wife Jessica. He then completed a Master's in English at the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga and continues his eleven year career in public education. Preaching and teaching the Word of God, engaging the culture, and forming relationships have been Kevin's passions since he developed a relationship with Christ as a junior in high school. The Lord confirmed his calling to ministry at ICC and he is now licensed in the Church of God. It's an honor for him to be able to serve the ICC family and the local community. He and his wife have three amazing daughters, Eve, Lucie, and Hattie, and reside in Martinsburg, WV.
Beth Sirbaugh, Director of Children's Ministries
Beth has been married to her husband, Mike, for over 35 years. They have 3 daughters and 1 son. They also have 8 grandchildren that they count a pure joy. Beth has been working with children for many years through church and also as a profession. She has completed the Church of God Timothy Program for Lay Leaders and the Bible Institute School of Counseling. She has been involved in ministry within the Church of God for 31 years, and has been an active member of ICC for over 20 years. She has completed her course work in Early Childhood and Elementary Education along with several certifications in behavior management and autism awareness. She has held many administrative and teaching positions within the Church of God, including Children's Director at her previous church. She has worked for the Washington County Board of Education for the past 15 years in Special Education, but her real passion is teaching children about the love of God and helping them to establish a growing relationship with Jesus. She loves working for the Lord and helping children to realize how important their relationship with Jesus is. Besides her family, being able to work with the wonderful people of ICC is a true blessing that God has allowed in her life.
